Wheal Seaton park North Roskear, Camborne Cornwall, TR14 OAL
26 residential homes set in beautiful countryside.
Wheal Seaton Park
Wheal Seaton Park is situated on the northern outskirts of Camborne, in a quiet setting, approximately 1 mile from the town centre. A large Tesco supermarket is a similar distance. Access to the A30 trunk road is less than 2 miles, whilst the picturesque north Cornish coast at Portreath is just over 3 miles away, with a popular beach and scenic clifftop walks. There are three golf courses within a few miles of the park.
The park is approached from a minor road that leads through a residential area towards the countryside to the north. To the west there is a new housing estate nearing completion. The land immediately to the north is known as ‘Tucking Mill Valley’, a wildlife park owned by the local authority, with a path for dog walking.
THE PARK is approached from Treverno Road via a splayed tarmac entrance drive, flanked by bricked paved pavements. There is a brick paved visitors car park and streetlights throughout.
This is a low-density park, with 26 homes on approximately 2.5 acres of land. It was developed in the 1990s in four cul-de-sacs, each with its own road name and postcode. The homes are all large twin units laid out in an irregular pattern, with attractive gardens and brick paved driveways. All homes have a non-flammable storage shed and some have private garages.
